• Looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable person to educate patients about quality lens designs and assist with frame selection.
• Knowledge of online vision insurance submission and eyewear ordering helpful.
• Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.

Did you know that 99% of over-the-counter allergy eye drops can cause damage to your eyes if used for more than a couple of days? Most of these eye drops contain vasoconstrictors that are intended to take the red out of irritated eyes. These drops can cause your eyes to experience ‘rebound redness’ by putting stress on the blood vessels in your eyes, causing them to appear more red. The only over-the-counter eye drop that our practice recommends is Zaditor (ketotifen) for mild ocular allergies.

If you suffer from allergies in the fall, and your regular medications are not helping your eyes feel better, please call our office to schedule an allergy evaluation. We can steer you in the right direction with helpful hints, and prescription eye drops if needed.
